Over the years, I’ve volunteered with a number of fantastic NGOs and local charities who’ve been doing incredible and much needed work. Each was an eye opening and profound experience.
In the photos below, you’ll see people in vulnerable situations (scenes I wouldn’t photograph as a street photographer). The subjects are all beneficiaries of the charities I was volunteering with, who gave their permission to be photographed. In the case of children, permission was given by their parents or legal guardian.
